L Limina China Threshold journeys through China

Privacy

Privacy should feel clear, not hidden.

This page explains what information Limina China receives through the website, why we use it, and how you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it.

Last updated: June 14, 2026.

01

Information you choose to share

When you submit a travel inquiry, we may receive your name, email, WhatsApp or social contact, country or region, preferred travel timing, number of travelers, approximate budget, journey interests, and the message you write. Some forms also record the page you submitted from, referral information, campaign parameters, browser language, and submission time.

02

How we use inquiry information

We use this information to understand your travel intention, respond to your inquiry, prepare for a discovery conversation, shape a possible private journey, maintain a record of the conversation, and improve how our website and inquiry process work. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to create unrelated automated marketing sequences.

03

Google services supporting the inquiry process

Limina China currently uses Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar to receive and organize inquiries, prepare reply drafts, create working folders, and offer discovery-call booking. Information submitted through a form may therefore be processed and stored within the Google account used to operate Limina China.

04

Website analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page engagement, inquiry progression, successful submissions, and booking-link clicks. Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies and may collect information such as device type, approximate location, referral source, and pages viewed. This data helps us improve the website and does not replace the information you intentionally submit in an inquiry.

05

Retention and access

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are reasonably useful for responding, planning a journey, maintaining business records, or resolving a request. Access is limited to people supporting Limina China’s inquiry and journey-design work and to the service providers required to operate that process.

06

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw from a conversation, or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. Some records may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or business-record purposes.

07

Contact

For a privacy request, email liminachina@outlook.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please include enough context for us to identify the relevant inquiry without sending additional sensitive information.

A considered beginning

Share only what feels useful for the first conversation.

You do not need to provide every detail at once. A name, reply address, and a clear first note are enough to begin.
